Great photos. Somehow I get the feeling that Tex knows he is the master of his domain 🙂 Hope your bird populations in the West are much better than ours in the upper Midwest so you can enjoy some good days of hunting over him this fall.
Thanks Jerry! The Dakotas have always been good in my opinion. Poor Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona are still reeling from drought. I hear el nino may be on the way to wet things up and hopefully bring back the birds!

My GSP weighed in at 114 lbs at the vet a few weeks ago. I don’t know of a larger one.I thought Tex stood a chance at passing him.
WOW – that is a lot of pointer. I hope Tex doesn’t pass him!
