Summer is here and Tex LOVES to swim!
Early on there was lots of splash.
Now Tex is a pro at the dog paddle, not so good on the backstroke.
Remember to not run with sharp objects unless you are in the water holding it with your mouth.
Time out for a point!

Now dry and relaxing in the shade. Summer is our second favorite season.

He IS huge! I think he has topped out at 92 lbs. Buster wont know what hit him!
My GSP loves the water. We live in Alaska so he can swim in the summer and into the fall till it gets cold. My dog is six now and weighs in at 115#. He is registered by the way. He is the largest I’ve seen but stands out well in ptarmigan cover so that works. Looks like Tex might give him a run on the size issue. Enjoy the summer.

Tex is the biggest GSP I have ever seen. Man,115 lbs is unreal! I would love to see Tex in Alaska pointing ptarmigan.
